Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson entered a not guilty plea Wednesday to a speeding citation from Aug. 26, when he was cited for driving 86 mph in a 60 mph zone on Interstate 480 in Cleveland.
What happens next?
A trial date is set for Sept. 23. The Browns did not issue a statement, and the citation does not affect Watson's status: he is scheduled to start Sunday at Jacksonville, his first regular-season game since the October 2024 Achilles injury.
