Path to the league
Taylor-Britt played defensive back at Nebraska from 2018 to 2021, earning second-team All-Big Ten honors in both 2020 and 2021. As a senior he recorded 51 tackles, three tackles for loss, 11 passes broken up, an interception and a blocked kick. The Cincinnati Bengals traded up with Buffalo to select him in the second round, 60th overall, of the 2022 NFL Draft.
Career highlights
Taylor-Britt made his first career interception against Josh Allen in the 2023 AFC Divisional Round, then recorded his first career pick-six against Arizona in Week 5 of the 2023 regular season. He started all 17 games for the Bengals in 2024, posting career highs in tackles and pass deflections.
2025 season recap
Taylor-Britt's final season in Cincinnati was cut short: he appeared in eight games with two starts, recording 21 combined tackles and five pass deflections before a Lisfranc injury ended his year on injured reserve in November. He signed with the Indianapolis Colts in March 2026.
