Path to the league
Weeks starred on both sides of the ball at Mountain Ridge High School in Glendale, Arizona, but his size left him without Division I scholarship offers. He walked on at Baylor, initially tried defensive end and linebacker, then settled in as the team's long snapper, winning a starting job as a true freshman before earning a scholarship the following year. He went undrafted in 2010 and signed with the Houston Texans.
