Mitchell Fraboni is the steady hand behind Denver's special-teams operation, an unsung role he earned only after years grinding outside the NFL. The Arizona State product went undrafted in 2018 and worked odd jobs and developmental leagues before finally sticking with the Broncos.
Path to the league
Fraboni played at Arizona State from 2014 to 2017, appearing in 42 games and recording 13 tackles and a fumble recovery. He went undrafted in 2018 and spent years outside the NFL, working at a bar, coaching high school football in Chandler, Arizona, and playing in The Spring League and the USFL before signing with Houston as a college free agent in 2021.

Fraboni signed with the Denver Broncos' practice squad in October 2022 and has since become the team's full-time long snapper, a role that earned him a three-year, $4.175 million contract as a restricted free agent in March 2025.
