Nyzier Fourqurean is a rookie cornerback who signed with the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent after the 2026 NFL Draft. The Mentor, Ohio native began his college career at Division II Grand Valley State before starting for two seasons at Wisconsin, then spent 2025 sidelined by an NCAA eligibility dispute before turning pro.
Path to the league
Fourqurean starred at Mentor High School in Ohio before starting his college career at Division II Grand Valley State in 2021. He transferred to Wisconsin in 2023, where he started 17 of 24 games over two seasons, then sued the NCAA in January 2025 after being denied a fifth season of eligibility. He ultimately did not play in 2025 and signed with the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent following the 2026 NFL Draft.

At Grand Valley State, Fourqurean earned Don Hansen NCAA Division II All-America and First-Team Division II All-American recognition as a sophomore in 2022, recording 37 tackles and four interceptions.
