Browns Lose Mason Graham to Knee Injury in Win That Puts Them Atop the AFC North
Graham, who leads the team with four sacks, was hurt on Pittsburgh's first series and did not return. Cleveland is 3-1 and alone in first place in the division for the first time since November 2014.
Cleveland Browns defensive tackle Mason Graham left Thursday night's 27-24 win over Pittsburgh with a knee injury on the Steelers' opening series and was ruled out. The team has not given a diagnosis.
How did it happen?
Graham's left leg bent awkwardly while he was being blocked, and he needed help getting to the medical tent before going to the locker room. The fifth overall pick in 2025, he has four sacks, tied for second in the league. His replacement, Mike Hall Jr., was carted off with an ankle injury in the second quarter but came back in the third.
Where does the win leave Cleveland?
At 3-1, its best start since 2021, and in first place in the AFC North for the first time since November 2014. The Browns have ten days before their next game, which gives Graham extra time for testing.
