Bobby Jamison-Travis grew up in Minneapolis, starred at the junior college level, and finally arrived at Auburn in 2023 before the Giants drafted him in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft. He projects as a rotational nose tackle whose job is to hold the point of attack and control the interior for the linebackers behind him.
Path to the league
Jamison-Travis starred as a two-way lineman at North Community High School in Minneapolis before taking the junior college route through Iowa Western, where he was named a first-team junior college All-American in 2022 after racking up 45 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss and 8.5 sacks. He then spent three seasons at Auburn from 2023 to 2025, starting all 12 games as a senior in 2025.
Career highlights
Over his three years with the Tigers, Jamison-Travis totaled 56 tackles and four tackles for loss with one sack, capped by a career-high 36 tackles in his final season. His combination of size and JUCO production earned him an invite to the NFL Scouting Combine.
