Cam Horsley spent five seasons in the trenches at Boston College before going undrafted in 2025, and he needed almost the whole rookie season on Tennessee's practice squad to force his way onto the 53-man roster. The 312-pound nose tackle graded as one of the draft class's premier run-stoppers and gives the Titans depth up front.

Horsley played five seasons at Boston College from 2020 to 2024, appearing in 59 career games with 47 starts. He went undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft and signed with the Tennessee Titans as a free agent.

Horsley earned All-ACC honorable mention as a senior in 2023 with 41 tackles, then followed with a third-team All-ACC season in 2024 when his 42 tackles led all defensive tackles on Boston College's roster. Among defensive linemen in the 2025 draft class, his run-stop percentage ranked first at 14.4 percent.
2025 season recap
Horsley was waived in Tennessee's final roster cuts but returned to the practice squad the next day and stayed there for most of the year. The Titans promoted him to the active roster on December 20, 2025, and he made his NFL debut on January 4, 2026.
