Cam'Ron Silmon-Craig arrived in Jacksonville as part of the Jaguars' push to add Colorado defenders after selecting Travis Hunter second overall in the 2025 draft. The physical safety became a fan favorite in Boulder for his big-hitting style during Colorado's turnaround under Deion Sanders.
Path to the league
Silmon-Craig began his college career at Jackson State before transferring to Colorado, where he became the Buffaloes' starting strong safety. He went undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft and signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Over two seasons in Boulder, Silmon-Craig totaled 120 tackles, eight pass deflections, three sacks, three forced fumbles and three interceptions. He led Colorado with 89 tackles during the Buffaloes' 9-4 2024 season, one of the program's best years in over a decade.
