A Super Bowl-winning center who went undrafted out of Washington and became the steady anchor of the Rams' offensive line.
Coleman Shelton built his career from the ground up as an undrafted free agent, working his way into a full-time starting job at center for the Rams and helping the team win Super Bowl LVI. After a season in Chicago, he returned to Los Angeles in 2025 free agency.
Path to the league
Shelton played five seasons at Washington, appearing in 53 games with 47 starts and earning First-Team All-Pac-12 honors as a senior in 2017. He went undrafted in 2018 and signed with the Rams.
Career highlights
Shelton won Super Bowl LVI with the Rams following the 2021 season, and became the team's full-time starting center in 2022 and 2023, starting all 17 games in 2023. After a one-year stint starting all 17 games for the Bears in 2024, he re-signed with the Rams on a two-year deal in 2025.

Back in Los Angeles, Shelton played 1,119 offensive snaps and earned a 70.1 overall PFF grade, ranking 13th among qualified centers. His run-blocking graded especially well, ranking eighth at the position, while he allowed 20 total pressures including two sacks over the season.
