Odeyingbo played college football for the Vanderbilt Commodores, earning second-team All-SEC as a senior with 8.0 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks in eight games. The Colts selected him in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft. In 2024 he started a career-high 14 games for Indianapolis, recording three sacks and 17 quarterback hits.

2025 season

Odeyingbo signed a three-year, $48 million contract with the Chicago Bears in March 2025. He started eight games before a season-ending injury, finishing with 21 tackles, one sack, four quarterback hits and a pass defended in his first season in Chicago.
