Drafted in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft, the Arlington, Texas native is battling for a roster spot after anchoring the right side of the Longhorns' line for the better part of four seasons.
Path to the league
Campbell was a five-star recruit out of Bowie High School in Arlington, Texas, ranked among the top 10 prospects in the 2022 class, and chose Texas over offers from USC, Oklahoma, Alabama and Georgia. He redshirted as a true freshman before working his way into the starting lineup, closing his career with 43 consecutive starts at right guard. The Dolphins selected him with the 200th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft.
Career highlights
Campbell started all 14 games in 2023, all 16 in 2024 as part of a Texas line that was a Joe Moore Award finalist unit, and all 12 in 2025, when he earned third-team All-SEC honors. He was the third Longhorn the Dolphins took in the 2026 draft, the first time three Texas players had been selected by the same NFL team since the draft expanded to seven rounds in 1994.
