Dominic Bailey spent his entire college career at Tennessee, working his way up from a rotational lineman to a career-best senior season in 2025. The Salisbury, Maryland native went undrafted in the 2026 NFL Draft but signed a guaranteed deal with the Houston Texans, giving the team an experienced interior presence with pass-rush upside.
Path to the league
Bailey played all six of his college seasons at Tennessee, appearing in 55 games with 25 starts for the Volunteers from 2020 through 2025. He went unselected in the 2026 NFL Draft and signed with the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent, agreeing to a deal with $150,000 in guaranteed salary and a $10,000 signing bonus.
