Jaeden Roberts spent four seasons in Tuscaloosa, working his way from a three-star recruit who flipped from Auburn into a rotational starter along Alabama's offensive line. The Houston, Texas native went unselected in the 2026 NFL Draft but signed with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent, bringing his massive frame and SEC pedigree to Philadelphia's interior line competition.

Path to the league

A three-star recruit out of North Shore Senior High School in Harris County, Texas, Roberts originally committed to Auburn before flipping to Alabama on Christmas Day 2020. He appeared in three games without starting as a freshman in 2022 before earning his first career start in 2023.

Career highlights

Roberts' breakout came in 2023, when he strung together eight consecutive starts at right guard and earned offensive player of the week honors for his performance against Tennessee. He finished his Alabama career with 24 games started, showcasing his 6-foot-5, 333-pound frame and 83-plus-inch wingspan, among the largest in his draft class.

2025 season recap

Alabama rotated heavily along its offensive line in Roberts' final season, and he started four games in a reduced role compared to his 2023 breakout. He went undrafted in the 2026 NFL Draft but signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as a free agent shortly after, entering training camp as an offensive guard.
