A Florida transfer who blossomed into a durable right guard at Kentucky and stunned the combine with elite speed for his size.

Path to the league

A three-star recruit out of Eastside High School in Covington, Georgia, where he was named Region 8-AAAAA Lineman of the Year, Farmer signed with Florida but appeared in only a handful of games there while recovering from upper-body surgery. He transferred to Kentucky, won the starting right guard job in 2024, and was selected by the Colts in the fourth round, 113th overall, in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Career highlights

Farmer started every game at right guard for Kentucky across the 2024 and 2025 seasons, allowing just one sack during his first year as the full-time starter. At the NFL Combine, the 6-foot-5, 312-pound Farmer ran a 4.93-second 40-yard dash, the fourth-fastest time by any guard at the combine since at least 1999.

2025 season recap

In his final season at Kentucky, Farmer logged a team-high 831 snaps and earned SEC Co-Offensive Lineman of the Week honors for a dominant performance against Auburn. He also drew an invitation to the 2026 Senior Bowl and NFL Scouting Combine on the strength of that season.
