Joe Burrow's career has alternated between dominance and durability questions. He led the NFL in both passing yards (4,918) and touchdowns (43) in 2024, then tore through Week 2 of 2025 with a ligament injury to his left big toe that wiped out the rest of his season. He returns in 2026 with a fully healthy front office mandate to compete in the AFC North.

His 2019 season at LSU: 5,671 passing yards, 60 touchdowns, six interceptions, the Heisman Trophy, and a national title that ran 15-0. What to watch in 2026
Burrow is fully cleared for offseason work. The bigger question is the front office. Ja'Marr Chase signed a record receiver extension in 2025 and Tee Higgins returned on the tag. Cincinnati's roster around its three offensive stars remains thin, and the AFC North is a meat grinder. The Bengals open at +3000 to win the AFC.
