Josh Sills is an offensive guard who transferred from West Virginia to Oklahoma State and turned that final college stretch into back-to-back all-conference seasons. He went undrafted in 2022 but has remained on NFL rosters ever since, currently with the Indianapolis Colts.
Path to the league
Sills began his college career at West Virginia, earning second-team All-Big 12 honors in 2018 before a season-ending injury limited his 2019 season. He transferred to Oklahoma State, where he started every game in 2020 and 2021, twice earning first-team All-Big 12 recognition and finishing his senior year with 41 knockdown blocks. He signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2022.
Career highlights
After beginning his pro career with Philadelphia, Sills was claimed off waivers by the Indianapolis Colts in August 2023 and has been with the organization since. He has appeared in 18 career NFL games as an interior offensive lineman.
2025 season recap
