JuJu Smith-Schuster is a wide receiver who signed a one-year deal with the New York Giants in June 2026. A former second-round pick out of USC, he built his reputation in Pittsburgh and has since become a steady veteran presence. In New York he joins a reshaped receiver room that also added Odell Beckham Jr. and Braxton Berrios.
Path to the league
Smith-Schuster played three seasons at USC, earning second-team All-American honors in 2015 and finishing with 213 catches for 3,092 yards and 25 touchdowns, per Wikipedia. The Steelers took him in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
Career highlights
He broke out early in Pittsburgh, where he became a Pro Bowl target and one of the league's more recognizable young receivers. Over his career he has played for multiple franchises while remaining a reliable contributor in the slot and outside.
