An undrafted USC lineman who has fought his way into the Rams' interior line rotation.
Justin Dedich went unpicked in the 2024 NFL Draft after a six-year college career at USC, but the Rams saw enough to sign him as a priority undrafted free agent. Since then he has become a dependable depth piece up front, capable of playing guard or center whenever Los Angeles needs him.
Path to the league
Dedich spent six seasons at USC from 2018 to 2023, appearing in 47 games with 33 starts and earning Pac-12 all-conference honorable mention recognition three times. He finished his college career at center in front of Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams under head coach Lincoln Riley. He went undrafted in 2024 and signed with the Rams as a free agent.
Career highlights
Dedich has emerged as one of the more productive undrafted offensive linemen from his draft class, working his way from the practice squad onto the active roster and into meaningful starts along the Rams' interior line. His versatility between guard and center has made him a valuable depth option in Sean McVay's offense.
2025 season recap
Dedich was active for 16 of the Rams' 17 regular-season games in 2025 and made six starts, including four straight from Weeks 2 through 5 while filling in for an injured Steve Avila. He graded among the better run-blockers on the roster during that stretch and remained part of the rotation through the Rams' playoff run, starting the team's NFC Wild Card win over Carolina.
