Justin Pickett spent four seasons anchoring Duke's offensive line before signing with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2026. The 6-foot-7, 320-pound Carmel, Indiana native started 35 games for the Blue Devils and now competes for a spot in Las Vegas's guard room as a rookie.
Path to the league
A three-star recruit out of Carmel, Indiana, Pickett committed to Duke and developed into a four-year letterman, appearing in 49 games with 35 starts on the Blue Devils' offensive line from 2022 to 2025. He went unselected in the 2026 NFL Draft and signed with the Las Vegas Raiders as an undrafted free agent.

Pickett was a team captain in both 2024 and 2025 and earned Third Team All-ACC honors as a senior. He helped Duke to a program-record 35 wins over his four seasons, four bowl appearances, three bowl victories, and the program's first outright ACC championship since 1962.
