Kaleb Elarms-Orr's college career began with a redshirt year lost to a torn ACL at Cal, but he rebuilt himself into one of the most productive linebackers in the country after transferring to TCU. Path to the league
Elarms-Orr, born August 29, 2003, in Hayward, California, was a four-star recruit at Moreau Catholic High School, rated the 17th-best defensive end nationally in the 2021 class. He began his college career at California, missing his first season with an ACL injury, before transferring to TCU in 2024. The Buffalo Bills drafted him in the fourth round, 126th overall, in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Elarms-Orr broke out at Cal in 2023 with 92 tackles, 3.5 for loss, and an interception before transferring to TCU, where he posted 54 tackles and two sacks in his first season as a Horned Frog. He ran a 4.47-second 40-yard dash at the 2026 NFL Combine, the second-fastest time among all linebackers.
2025 season recap
In his final college season, Elarms-Orr led the Big 12 with 130 tackles and four sacks, earning First-Team All-Big 12 honors. He capped the year with 11 tackles and Defensive MVP honors in TCU's Alamo Bowl victory over USC, following a strong Senior Bowl and combine showing that boosted him into the fourth round.
