Jaguars punter and 2024 Pro Bowler who became one of the NFL's highest-paid specialists after a June 2025 extension.
Logan Cooke has been Jacksonville's punter since the team drafted him in 2018, a rare bit of roster continuity for the franchise. His big-legged 2024 earned a first Pro Bowl nod and second-team All-Pro honors. The Jaguars rewarded him with a four-year extension in June 2025.
Path to the league
Cooke punted for Mississippi State from 2014 to 2017, averaging 41.7 yards across 150 career punts. Jacksonville selected him in the seventh round (247th overall) of the 2018 draft, and he won the job as a rookie.
Career highlights
Cooke earned his first Pro Bowl and a second-team All-Pro selection for the 2024 season, when he punted 68 times for a 49.4-yard gross average and finished second in the league in net yards per punt. The Jaguars signed him to a four-year extension on June 9, 2025, briefly making him among the highest-paid punters in the league. He remained the team's punter through the 2025 season.
