Path to the league
Gilliam walked on at Toledo, where he played tight end, fullback and special teams over four seasons, finishing with 18 receptions for 153 yards and three touchdowns while also blocking six kicks, including four as a junior when he earned second-team All-MAC honors. He signed with the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2020.
