Trent Sieg has made a career out of doing the unglamorous job that almost nobody notices unless it goes wrong. After going undrafted out of Colorado State, he built five stable seasons as the Raiders' long snapper before moving on to Dallas, where he continues to handle the position with the consistency teams prize most.
Path to the league
Sieg played four seasons at Colorado State from 2014 to 2017, appearing in 51 games for the Rams. He went unselected in the 2018 NFL Draft, briefly signing with the Baltimore Ravens before catching on with the Las Vegas Raiders.
