Path to the league
Spears starred at Tulane, capping his college career in 2022 with First-team All-AAC honors and AAC Offensive Player of the Year after rushing for 1,581 yards and 19 touchdowns at a 6.9 yard-per-carry clip. The Titans drafted him in the third round, 81st overall, in the 2023 NFL Draft.

As a rookie in 2023, Spears rushed for 453 yards and caught 52 passes for 385 yards while sharing the backfield with Derrick Henry. 2025 season recap
