B.J. Green II built his game from the ground up, walking on at Arizona State before earning a scholarship and eventually breaking out in a single dominant season at Colorado. Undrafted in 2025, he signed with Jacksonville and quickly became one of the more productive edge rushers to emerge from that rookie class.
Path to the league
Green joined Arizona State as a preferred walk-on in 2021 and earned a scholarship after a strong freshman season that included two sacks in the Las Vegas Bowl. He transferred to Colorado for his final college season in 2024 and signed with Jacksonville as an undrafted free agent on April 27, 2025.
