Path to the league
O'Neill switched to offensive tackle after his freshman season at Pittsburgh and went on to start 37 consecutive games, playing right tackle in 2015-16 and left tackle in 2017, earning first-team All-ACC honors in his final collegiate season. Minnesota selected him in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
