Carlos Allen Jr. went unpicked through all seven rounds of the 2026 NFL Draft, but the production on his college tape made him one of the more coveted undrafted free agents on the market. The Atlanta Falcons signed the Georgia native to give their interior defensive line depth and a developmental piece to work with.

Allen Jr. is a 6-foot-1, 295-pound defensive tackle out of Loganville, Georgia, who spent his college career at Houston. He went undrafted in the 2026 NFL Draft and signed with the Falcons shortly after as a priority free agent.
Career highlights
Allen Jr. anchored Houston's defensive front and earned All-Big 12 second-team and AP All-Big 12 second-team honors as a senior. He also earned an invite to the East-West Shrine Bowl, a showcase for draft-eligible prospects looking to boost their stock.
2025 season recap
In his final season with the Cougars, Allen Jr. led the team in total tackles with 80, the most of any interior lineman in the FBS, while adding 7.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, three pass deflections and a forced fumble.
