Chaz Chambliss won back-to-back national titles as a Georgia linebacker before going undrafted in 2025. The Carrollton, Georgia native signed with the Minnesota Vikings and beat the odds to make the roster, developing into an active contributor on defense as a rookie.
Path to the league
A four-star recruit out of Carrollton High School, Chambliss played four seasons at Georgia from 2021 to 2024, appearing in 40 games over his first three years before a productive senior season. He went undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft and signed with the Minnesota Vikings, making the initial 53-man roster as one of seven Vikings undrafted free agents to do so.
Career highlights
Chambliss was part of Georgia's back-to-back College Football Playoff national championship teams in 2021 and 2022. In his final season, he earned Third-Team All-SEC honors and was named SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Week after a six-tackle, two-sack performance against Florida.
