Derrick Nnadi spent his entire first eight NFL seasons anchoring the middle of Kansas City's defensive line, missing just three regular-season games in that span. A part of three Super Bowl-winning teams, he now brings championship pedigree and interior toughness to Indianapolis.
Path to the league
Nnadi played college football at Florida State before the Kansas City Chiefs selected him in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Nnadi started and contributed to three Super Bowl championships with Kansas City (2019, 2022, 2023), including a starting role in the Super Bowl LIV win over San Francisco and the Super Bowl LVII win over Philadelphia. Over eight seasons he played in 130 games with 98 starts, totaling 249 tackles.
2025 season recap
Nnadi briefly signed with the Jets in free agency before being traded back to Kansas City ahead of the 2025 season. He appeared in 15 games for the Chiefs, recording 16 tackles as a rotational interior run defender before signing with Indianapolis in March 2026.
