Dylan Parham's path started at tight end before Memphis moved him to the offensive line, where his athleticism made him one of the most well-rounded guard prospects in the 2022 draft class. Path to the league
Parham redshirted his freshman year at Memphis while transitioning from tight end to the offensive line, then started for four straight seasons, playing left guard, center, right tackle and right guard at various points. He earned first-team All-American Athletic Conference honors as a senior. The Las Vegas Raiders drafted him in the third round, 90th overall, in the 2022 NFL Draft.
Career highlights
Parham started all 17 games as a rookie in 2022, one of only 10 rookie offensive linemen in the league to do so that season, earning PFWA All-Rookie Team honors. He continued to start regularly for the Raiders, including 14 starts at right guard in 2024, finishing his time in Las Vegas with 64 games played and 63 starts.
2025 season recap
Parham remained a full-time starter on the Raiders' interior line in 2025 before hitting free agency. He signed a two-year, $20 million contract with a new team in March 2026, ending his four-season run in Las Vegas and cashing in on his consistency as a durable, versatile guard.
