Jalin Hyatt was one of the most explosive college receivers in the country before the Giants traded up to draft him in the third round in 2023. Blessed with elite speed, he immediately became New York's fastest player and a downfield threat, though his production has fluctuated as he has worked to round out his game as a route runner.

Path to the league

In his final season at Tennessee in 2022, Hyatt caught 67 passes for 1,267 yards and a school-record 15 touchdowns, winning the Biletnikoff Award as the nation's top receiver and becoming the 13th unanimous All-American in program history. He famously tied an SEC record with five touchdown receptions in a 52-49 win over Alabama. The Giants traded up with the Los Angeles Rams to select him with the 73rd overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.

2025 season recap
