Josh Jobe won a national title at Alabama playing opposite Patrick Surtain before going undrafted in 2022. After stints with the Philadelphia Eagles, he found a home in Seattle's secondary, capping a breakout 2025 season with a standout Super Bowl LX performance.
Path to the league
Jobe played four seasons at Alabama from 2018 to 2021, becoming a full-time starter opposite Patrick Surtain in 2020 and helping the Crimson Tide win the CFP national championship that year. He finished his college career with 129 tackles, 19 passes defensed, three interceptions and two forced fumbles, then went undrafted in 2022, signing with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Career highlights
Jobe was part of the Eagles' Super Bowl LVII roster in 2022 before eventually landing with the Seahawks. He posted a career year in 2024 with a career-high six starts, his first career interception (off Josh Allen) and a career-high seven passes defensed.
2025 season recap
Jobe started 15 of 16 games for Seattle in 2025, finishing with 54 tackles, 12 passes defensed, one interception and half a sack while allowing one of the lowest completion percentages among qualified NFL cornerbacks. He started all three Seahawks postseason games, capping the run with seven tackles, a tackle for loss and a pass defensed in the Super Bowl LX win, and re-signed with Seattle on a multi-year deal that offseason.
