Keelan Marion signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent after a well-traveled college career that took him from UConn to BYU to Miami. A Georgia native, he returned home to the Falcons after a senior season in which he was a full-time starter and a key piece of Miami's deep College Football Playoff run.
Path to the league
Marion is from Loganville, Georgia, where he attended Grayson High School as a two-star recruit. He began his career at UConn, where he started as a true freshman in 2021, then transferred to BYU for two seasons before finishing at Miami in 2025. He went undrafted in the 2026 NFL Draft and signed with the Falcons, wearing No. 85.
Career highlights
Marion earned first-team All-American and second-team All-Big 12 honors during his time at BYU, where he was also a dangerous kick returner, including a 100-yard kickoff return touchdown against Wyoming. He capped his college career at Miami by starting all 16 games at receiver for a team that reached the national championship game.
2025 season recap
As a fifth-year senior at Miami in 2025, Marion caught 57 passes for 746 yards and two touchdowns, starting every game. He delivered one of his biggest moments in the Fiesta Bowl semifinal against Ole Miss, catching seven passes for 114 yards and a go-ahead touchdown, before Miami fell to Indiana in the national title game.
