Lardarius Webb Jr. signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2026, landing with the same franchise where his father, Lardarius Webb Sr., spent his entire nine-year NFL career. The cornerback's path to the league wound through four different college programs before a final season at Wake Forest.
Path to the league
Webb starred at Jones College in 2021-22, tying for the national junior college lead with six interceptions and earning All-American honors. He then moved through Oklahoma State, South Alabama and finally Wake Forest, going unselected in the 2026 NFL Draft before signing a three-year deal with the Ravens.
Career highlights
At South Alabama in 2024, Webb started 12 of 13 games and recorded 40 tackles, two interceptions and three pass breakups. His two first-team All-MACCC selections and national interception title at Jones College highlighted his ball-hawking ability early in his career.
2025 season recap
Webb played all 13 games at Wake Forest in his final college season, recording 36 tackles, two tackles for loss, a sack and seven pass breakups. The performance was enough to draw undrafted interest from Baltimore, where he signed to follow in his father's footsteps.
