Path to the league

Brockington is from Moultrie, Georgia, where he played at Colquitt County High School as a two-star recruit before signing with Minnesota. Over four seasons with the Gophers he caught 80 passes for 1,042 yards while also doubling as a kick returner, averaging 26.8 yards per return for his career. He went undrafted in the 2026 NFL Draft and signed with the Falcons shortly after.
