Path to the league
Devonshire began his college career at Kentucky in 2019 and 2020 before transferring to Pittsburgh, where he became a full-time starter from 2021 to 2023. He picked off eight passes and broke up 30 more over his three seasons with the Panthers, earning second-team All-ACC honors in both 2022 and 2023. The Las Vegas Raiders drafted him in the seventh round, 229th overall, of the 2024 NFL Draft.
