Shedrick Jackson is a wide receiver for the Las Vegas Raiders who has carved out a role after going undrafted out of Auburn in 2023. The great-nephew of Bo Jackson, he found the end zone for the first time in his NFL career during the 2025 season after stints with the Cincinnati Bengals and Raiders' practice squads.

Path to the league

Jackson starred at Hoover High School in Alabama, helping the program to back-to-back state championships, before playing five seasons at Auburn from 2018 to 2022. He went undrafted in the 2023 NFL Draft despite running a 4.31-second 40-yard dash, and signed with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Career highlights

Jackson broke out in 2021 at Auburn, becoming the team's second-leading receiver with 40 catches for 527 yards. He finished his college career with 66 receptions, 874 yards, and a touchdown, and made his NFL debut with Cincinnati in 2023.

2025 season recap

Jackson joined the Raiders' practice squad in December 2024 and earned a reserve/future contract in January 2025. On December 7, 2025, in a Week 14 matchup against Denver, he caught his first career NFL reception for a touchdown on a pass from Kenny Pickett, and he was promoted to the active roster later that month.
