Stanford product and special teams contributor for the Cardinals whose 2025 season ended on injured reserve.
Simi Fehoko has carved out an NFL role on special teams rather than as a pass catcher. He signed with Arizona in March 2025 and worked his way from the practice squad to the active roster. His season was cut short by multiple injuries in November.
Path to the league
Fehoko finished his Stanford career with 62 receptions for 1,146 yards and nine touchdowns across 22 games. The Cowboys drafted him in the fifth round in 2021. He has bounced between rosters since, finding his footing primarily as a special teams player rather than as a wide receiver.
2025 season
Arizona signed Fehoko in March 2025. He was waived at final cuts in August, re-signed to the practice squad, and was promoted to the active roster on September 10 to cover special teams duties. In Week 10 against Seattle he suffered an ankle injury and then broke his arm making a tackle on the following kickoff. He was placed on injured reserve on November 12, finishing with seven special teams tackles and a career-high 116 special teams snaps, with no offensive targets.
