Tee Higgins is one of the most coveted second receivers in football. Cincinnati has refused to let him leave, franchise tagging him twice before finally signing him to a four-year, $115 million extension in March 2025. He plays Robin to Ja'Marr Chase's Batman, and the team's offensive ceiling depends on having both healthy.
