Tim Keenan III was a run-stuffing anchor in the middle of Alabama's defensive line for four seasons, earning a reputation as a true nose tackle who could eat up double teams. The Los Angeles Rams drafted him in the seventh round of the 2026 NFL Draft, adding him as depth behind starter Poona Ford.
Path to the league
Keenan starred at Ramsay High School in Birmingham, Alabama, before redshirting his first year with the Crimson Tide in 2021. He worked his way into the rotation over the following seasons and became a full-time starter by his junior year.
