Path to the league

A native of Solon, Iowa, Linderbaum played collegiately at the University of Iowa, appearing in 37 games with 35 starts. He won the 2021 Rimington Trophy as the best center in college football. The Baltimore Ravens selected him in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Career highlights

Linderbaum earned multiple Pro Bowl selections in Baltimore while anchoring one of the league's most productive rushing attacks. In 2025 he blocked for an offense that recorded a league-high 5.3 yards per carry and the second-best rushing yards per game in the NFL, per search reporting. Linderbaum earned his third consecutive Pro Bowl honor in 2025. After the Ravens declined to pick up his fifth-year option, he tested free agency and signed a three-year, $81 million contract with the Las Vegas Raiders in March 2026, per NFL.com. The deal, which included $60 million guaranteed, made him the highest-paid center in NFL history.
