The Dallas Cowboys signed tight end Brevyn Spann-Ford to a three-year, $18 million extension with $12.075 million guaranteed, running through 2029, and gave receiver Ryan Flournoy a one-year extension worth up to $6 million, first reported by Jordan Schultz.
Who are they?
Spann-Ford arrived as an undrafted free agent from Minnesota in 2024 and is the No. 2 tight end behind Jake Ferguson, catching 18 passes for 178 yards and a touchdown last season while adding 23 special-teams tackles. Coach Brian Schottenheimer credited his physicality and his growth as a receiver. Flournoy, a 2024 sixth-round pick, was released before last season, re-signed to the practice squad and worked his way up through special teams to become the No. 3 receiver behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, finishing with 40 catches for 475 yards and four touchdowns, including two 100-yard games.
