Neither could bear weight, according to reporting on the session. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported a source believes Smith has a foot injury; other reporting described leg injuries for both. Coach DeMeco Ryans gave no update on severity or expected absence afterward.

Smith is a longtime NFL right tackle who signed with Houston after years with the Indianapolis Colts, recently inking a deal reported to be worth around $20 million.
