Path to the league
Thomas grew up in Riverdale, Georgia and was a four-year starter at Riverdale High School before enrolling at South Alabama in 2019. He played five seasons for the Jaguars, starting every game in both his junior and senior years, and went undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft before signing with Seattle as a free agent.

2025 season recap
Thomas was released by Seattle in the August 2025 roster cutdown but re-signed to the practice squad that November, developing behind the Seahawks' defensive line for the rest of the season. He earned a Super Bowl LX championship with Seattle and signed a reserve/futures contract in February 2026.
