Cameron Heyward is the longest-tenured Steeler and the heartbeat of the defense. Six Pro Bowls, three first-team All-Pro selections, and 90+ career sacks from the interior. 2025 produced his sixth Pro Bowl at age 36, and he signed a one-year extension to play his 15th season in Pittsburgh.
Path to the league
Ohio State product taken 31st overall by Pittsburgh in 2011. Took three seasons to break through as a starter. Has anchored the Steelers' interior since 2014.
