Path to the league

Joseph-Day started for four seasons at Rutgers, recording 151 tackles, 30 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks while earning All-Big Ten recognition. The Rams selected him in the sixth round, 195th overall, of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Career highlights

Joseph-Day spent his first four seasons with the Rams, winning Super Bowl LVI as part of the 2021 team, before signing with the Chargers in 2022. He has since played for the 49ers and Titans, and across his career has totaled 315 tackles, 15.5 sacks and two forced fumbles in over 100 games.

2025 season recap

Joseph-Day played his 2025 season with the Titans, appearing in all 17 games and starting 10 of them. He finished with 41 tackles, 2.0 sacks and a fumble recovery, and posted his lowest missed-tackle rate since 2020 as an interior run defender.
