Path to the league

Braswell began his college career at Temple before transferring to Rutgers for his final season, where he started five games at cornerback in 2022. That performance earned him second-team All-Big Ten honors from Pro Football Focus and honorable mention All-Big Ten recognition from the conference media, which helped him get selected by the Jaguars with the 202nd overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
