Jones was one of the most physically imposing prospects in the 2023 draft class, a massive Ohio State product who didn't allow a sack in his final college season. Path to the league
An Indianapolis native, Jones played four seasons at Ohio State and started 41 games, primarily at right tackle. His massive 87-inch wingspan and 6-foot-8, 374-pound frame made him one of the largest players in his draft class. He earned second-team All-American and third-team All-Big Ten honors in 2022 without surrendering a sack, and the Cleveland Browns selected him with the 111th overall pick in the fourth round of the 2023 NFL Draft.

2025 season recap
Jones's 2025 season was cut short yet again. After starting the year at left tackle before sliding over to fill in at right tackle for an injured Jack Conklin, Jones suffered a knee injury just four offensive snaps into Cleveland's game against Green Bay that required season-ending surgery. It marked the third straight year he has suffered a season-ending leg injury, following an MCL injury in 2023 and a leg fracture in 2024.
