Gregory played six seasons at Arkansas from 2019 to 2024, developing into a consistent tackler and pass rusher before declaring for the draft. He went undrafted in 2025 and signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as a rookie free agent that May.

2025 season recap

Cut by Cincinnati on August 28, 2025, Gregory was claimed off waivers by the Patriots the very next day. He was inactive for New England's first 10 games before making his NFL debut against the Jets on November 13, recording an assisted tackle, and was placed on injured reserve with a knee injury on January 24, 2026.
